If the time comes to replace the device, we can assist with transferring data so you are not starting over from scratch. In some cases we are even able to recover data from dead devices, in others, we can outsource the recovery to the leading experts in that field.

Most repairs are billed per hour, so we can work with you on whether or not it makes sense to attempt a repair, or replace the device with a new or refurbished one. 

We do have a separate diagnostic rate if you would like us to just take a look and quote out the repair for you. That fee is waived if you move forward with the repair/replacement.
