Goober Support For Home Users

We are currently not accepting new residential clients without a service agreement.  If you have previously worked with us, feel free to continue working with us as you have before.  Starting January 1st, 2025, we will only be working with residential clients that are on a service agreement. Be sure to reach out to us by phone or email for more details and information. Existing clients will be notified by the end of 2024.

We apologize for the change in structure as we try to navigate trends in the IT support industry. We strive for the best in customer support and are not in a position to provide that to both our contracted business partners, and the residential clients we have built over the years, while also welcoming new accounts. If we are able to start accepting new clients we will make announcements. 

Big, exciting changes are coming! Thank you for joining us, and we look forward to continuing to be Delaware's leader in computer support for the humans that use them. We hope this refocused effort on our existing clientele will only strengthen our position as such.
