- Turn off the device, and hold down the power button until it fully turns off. If possible, disconnect the battery and/or unplug it from the outlet. Bring the device into Techno Goober immediately so we can attempt to dry it out in our drying tank.
- I’ve Been Hacked!

- Turn off the computer and disconnect from the internet as soon as possible. If you can, use another device to change as many passwords as possible, especially any with financial data on them. Bring the computer in for our Deep Scan™ so we can remove any traces of the attack.
- My Computer Is Terribly Slow!

- This could be any number of things but commonly is a failing hard drive, especially if the computer is around or past 5 years old. We want to move to a newer drive or set you up with a backup solution before the drive becomes inoperable and you lose everything!
- I Don’t Have a Backup or Antivirus Solution!
